At Allstate Moving Systems, we have the experience, facilities and equipment to handle more than just traditional household and commercial moves. We can help with the packing, transportation and storage for all your specialty items including: tradeshow exhibits, museum and fine art and high value equipment. We also have the ability to coordinate many third-party services to help complete your moves successfully.
Our transportation methods include air-ride vans, lift-gated vehicles, special crate shipments and airfreight shipments with the option of same vehicle use from origin to destination.
All trailers are air-ride equipped to reduce vibration, for the safe transportation of your specialty items. Specialized equipment such as climate control is also available to meet your specific needs.
Tradeshow Exhibits
- Whether you are exhibiting at one show or twenty shows, Allstate can provide a single source for all your exhibiting needs. Our tradeshow services handle everything for you, include exhibit space reservations, direct delivery, placement based on provided floor plans, paperwork assistance and communication between all parties involved and local warehousing between shows. Pad-wrapping available for extra protection upon request.

All vehicles used for high-value product transportation are fully air-ride equipped and include specialized equipment such as lift-gates and climate control trailers to meet your specific needs. Our van operators are trained professionals, and have a years of experience with handling high-value items.
Allstate can fulfill most special needs, including requirements of inside pickup and delivery, setup, minor installation and debris removal.
- It is important to confirm that all your appliances are properly serviced, electronics are disassembled and everything is packaged securely for your household move. Allstate can provide you with an in-house team to prepare all standard household items for packing and transporting. If there are any items that require a specialist, Allstate has large network of qualified third-party contractors to assist you.
Basic third-party services include: washer/dryer hook up, Grandfather clock, pool table, home gym and Plasma TV disassembling, crate for transportation and reassembling.
