Compact disks, tapes and records are best if transported in original jackets and covers.  These items can be heavy and should be packed in small boxes.  Records not in jackets, wrap individually in tissue paper or plastic wrap to protect from scratching.  CD's and records stand on edge, never flat and layer with crushed paper. Support both ends with a heavy book or cut out cardboard. Cassette tapes should be stacked vertical or horizontal layered with paper.
