After
removing the light bulb and lamp harp, (the wire circular piece that goes
around the bulb and attaches to the lamp base, wrap the base, harp and
bulb separately in newsprint. (Use paper pads for large
lamps) Place them together in a box, filling spaces with crushed
paper. More than one well cushioned lamp may be packed in a box.
We suggest that you allow Allstate to handle and pack your expensive lamps such as Tiffany-type or other large glass lamps as well as your chandeliers. For instructions on packing your lampshades Click Here. |
