Glass is very fragile.  It is best to consult your moving representative or have movers pack you glass mirrors.

You may tape masking tape diagonal across your mirrors which assist in the glass shattering.  Place two large pieces of cardboard both front and back in the same shape and size of your mirror.  Secure with tape and for square mirrors, secure corners with folded newsprint and tape down against the cardboard not on the mirror.
