Glass is very fragile.  It is best to consult your moving representative or have movers pack your glass tables and table tops.

You may tape masking tape diagonal across glass tops which assist in the glass shattering.  If glass is detachable from table, you can place two large pieces of cardboard both front and back in the same shape and size of your glass.  Secure with tape and for square pieces of glass, secure corners with folded newsprint and tape down against the cardboard not on the glass itself.
