and development programs for the household goods moving industry.
A cornerstone
of our Quality Service Process curriculum is "Quality Labor Certification"
teaching proven, standardized techniques for safely packing and loading
customers' possessions.
To receive certification, movers must
demonstrate mastery of 160 skills and competencies associated with the
move process. Authorized "coaches" at each agency ensure
that, once learned, skills are maintained and enhanced.
We continue
investing in computer hardware, software and communication technologies
to enable us to create in-depth structured  training
which meets the expectation of quality training. This in conjunction with
hands on, seminar-style training programs. We employ qualified, specifically
chosen personnel, to perform the duties of quality assurance on an ongoing
basis.
